  • All of our services are by appointment only, so please contact us or book online to schedule an incredible facial experience.

    The initial appointment is very important and we ask that you arrive 15 minutes early to fill out the skin health questionnaire and consent forms.  Along with the forms and a consultation, we can choose the best customized treatment for your skin.

    CANCELLATION POLICY

    We understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life where a 24 hour notice isn’t possible.  In our desire to be effective and fair to all clients, the following policies are honored:

    A 24 hour advance notice is required when cancelling an appointment.  This allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule an appointment.  If you are unable to give us a 24 hour advance notice, you will be charged 50% of the service scheduled for your appointment. This amount must be paid prior to your next scheduled appointment.  If you are ill or experience an emergency, your appointment may be rescheduled without charge.

    NO-SHOWS

    Anyone who forgets or chooses to forgo their scheduled appointment for whatever reason will be considered a “no-show”.  They will be charged the full value of the scheduled missed appointment.

    In the case of a pre-paid series of appointments or gift certificates, the missed appointment if forfeited.

    LATE ARRIVALS

    If you arrive late, your session may be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours.  Depending on how late you arrive, it will be determined if there is enough time remaining to start a treatment.  Regardless of the length of the treatment actually given, you will be responsible for the “full” session.  Out of respect and consideration to your therapist and other customers, please plan accordingly and be on time.

    CHILDREN – Due to insurance restrictions and us being a single room studio,  we cannot accommodate children at appointments.  Please do not bring children with you.

    ILLNESS – Please do not come to your appointment sick. If you are coming down with a cough or cold, please call us and kindly reschedule. We know that no one plans to be sick, so on the rare occasions that this may occur, the cancellation fee will be waived if you call. Likewise if you are experiencing a cold sore, please know that we cannot deliver a skin care treatment. Please call and discuss your options with us.

    GIFT CERTIFICATES

    Gift Certificates are good at full value for exactly one year from the date of issue.  After one year, the Gift Certificate will be void and have no value.  Gift Certificates are for services only are not redeemable for cash or products.

    REFUNDS & RESULTS

    Any service and/or products purchased are non refundable.  Products may be exchanged for something else within 7 days from the purchase date and they must be unopened and in the new, original packaging for an exchange to occur.  If an exchange is not made, there are no cash or credit card refunds, credit only towards future services.  Please note that results are never guaranteed and exact because everyone responds differently and in their own unique way.

    PAYMENTS

    We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express as well as cash and checks.

    ​​These policies are in place to ensure that everyone receives the best treatment possible, and that the therapist is able to remain on time for all appointments.  Your time is valuable and we respect that.
